Healing the Relationship with Money – The Core Belief of “Worthiness”
For many people,
the issue of money is not just about numbers, income, or managing
wealth,
but about a deeper belief: Am I worthy of abundance?
We might have grown up
hearing phrases like:
“Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
“Do you think money just falls from the sky?”
“You have to work hard to earn it.”
These messages become unconscious limitations,
making us believe we must exhaust ourselves, sacrifice health or relationships,
just to earn a little sense of financial safety.
During one deep
healing session,
I realized my fear around money wasn’t truly about “not having enough.”
It came from a deep sense of shame—
a fear of not being good enough, of being exposed, judged.
So even when abundance approached, I unconsciously pushed it away,
like someone afraid of love shutting the door just as love knocks.
True financial healing
is about returning to the self:
Do I believe I’m worthy of abundance?
Can I receive support from life, from the universe?
As we release the implanted scarcity mindset,
money becomes a flow of love—
not an end, but a conduit
connecting us more deeply with the pulse of life.
Guiding Questions
Today:
- Where did my money beliefs come from? Are
they still true for who I am now?
- Do I feel shame, tension, or anxiety
around money?
- What kind of loving money energy am I
ready to welcome into my life today?
