Facing the Lows of “Meaninglessness”
On the healing path,
many reach a moment like this:
As if all efforts become meaningless,
The beliefs that once lit your way now feel dim.
A voice within asks, “Should I keep going? Is this really worth it?”
This too is part of
the journey.
The feeling of meaninglessness is often a prelude to deep soul transformation.
It tells you: You're ready to release the old structure of meaning.
The templates you once relied on to define your worth are dissolving.
During this phase, you
may lose passion for your goals,
Or feel like a boat adrift without an anchor.
But remember:
You’re not off-track — you’re diving deep.
Let the void be.
Stay with the stillness, the emotional swirl, without judgment.
Your existence does not need to prove its worth.
It lives — quietly, truthfully — with every breath.
You may ask yourself
these three questions:
- Who told me I must be meaningful?
- If my efforts are never seen, would I
still do them?
- If I no longer chase meaning, am I closer
to truth?
These questions aren’t
meant to be answered,
But to help you touch the deeper tremor of your soul.
Life doesn’t require
you to be “useful.”
It simply invites you — to be real.
