Conversations with the Soul
We often think
“hearing” is something we do with our ears.
But true hearing is a soft opening of the heart.
The voice of the soul
is never loud.
It is gentle,
subtle—like a breeze brushing your shoulder on a quiet morning.
It hides in your sighs
when you're alone.
In the line of a dream
you keep hearing again and again.
Or in a stranger’s
passing words that, somehow, strike right at your core.
That’s your soul
speaking to you.
It never forces, never
rushes.
It simply stays.
Patient. Loving. Like
an old friend waiting, hand extended, ready to walk you home when you’re ready.
You don’t need to
become someone better to hear your soul.
You only need to
become more honest—with yourself.
Try asking:
What do I truly
desire?
Does what I’m doing
bring me joy?
What am I afraid of?
What am I running from?
If I let go of all the
“shoulds,” what would my life look like?
Then… just listen.
The soul always
replies.
Maybe not immediately.
Maybe not in the way
you expect.
But it never leaves
you unanswered.
**You are not walking
alone.**
You are surrounded—by
light, by spirit, by love,
by presences you
cannot see but that are always, always there.
And your own soul—
is the one who knows
you best,
and loves you most.
