Embracing the Unsolvable Moments
Some wounds can’t be
healed by understanding.
Some relationships can’t be restored through communication.
Some problems remain unsolved no matter how hard we try to figure them out.
We’ve been taught to
fix things, to find ways, to communicate, to heal everything with love.
But there are moments when you realize:
Not having a solution is a form of wisdom.
It’s not giving up,
nor avoiding.
It’s a profound surrender—
Surrendering to what cannot be resolved.
Surrendering to how things are now.
Surrendering to a truth you cannot yet reach.
In those moments, you
may feel frustrated, empty, even helpless.
But also in those moments, your heart is finally allowed to stop.
To stop analyzing, explaining, saving, improving—
And instead, simply sit with what is.
You may notice the
waves of emotion gently receding,
The mind growing quiet,
And a deeper strength emerging in that stillness.
“I don’t know what to
do.”
“I’m not sure if it will change.”
“I don’t understand why they did that.”
That’s okay.
Let these “I don’t know” be a portal.
Let life respond when you’re no longer trying to control.
You’ll find that
sometimes, true transformation doesn’t come from fixing things—
But from gently embracing the parts that were never meant to be fixed.
